Responsible for developing and managing the deal pricing function for Equifax's US-based operations.

Represent end-users of communication services by performing detailed billing audits in order to identify errors relative to contracted rates; subsequently work with vendors to collect monies for over-billing. Assist clients in creation and issuance of RFPs for communication services, as well as final rate and contract negotiations. Identify potential partner companies in order to expand lines of business, and work to develop formal relationships including negotiation of contractual terms and conditions.

Managed an organization responsible for all aspects of pricing for the US and Canada, including the determination of product pricing strategies, plans, structures, promotional offers, and rate modifications. Worked closely with Marketing to determine offer placement and messaging for online advertising, SEO, direct mail campaigns, and upsell activities. Led the tactical pricing function which negotiated custom pricing for the largest customers, and managed the people and systems responsible for responding to formal RFP/RFI inquiries.

Developed business opportunities within the telecommunications sector for a customized pricing & quoting software application. Managed a sales staff and determined opportunities to pursue. Conducted product demonstrations, met with qualified clients and presented proposals.

Managed all aspects of pricing for Long Distance Services as well as Tactical Pricing for the regulated Business Services division. Led a staff of over 20 pricing professionals, and worked with Sales to create customized offers for large clients. Negotiated and approved price points as well as contractual terms and conditions.

Created all pricing capabilities to support BellSouth's re-entry into the long distance market including standard product sales, one-off pricing and custom builds. Worked with Product Management to determine our product placement strategy in the market in order to set standard and promotional pricing, coordinated with Legal and Regulatory Affairs to create all necessary regulatory documents and contractual agreements, participated in the evaluation of billing system vendors, and delivered training to sales force.

Progressed from Individual Contributor to the Group Manager who headed up the special pricing organization for all business services across the United States. Managed a group of approximately 30 pricers responsible for approving pricing and legal terms and conditions for one-off deals. Personally countersigned agreements on behalf of Sprint.
