Managed the finance, accounting and human resources functions of the company. Was instrumental in obtaining $21 million of growth capital and establishing bank lines of credit. Managed relationships with investors, shareholders, lending banks, and board of directors. Led the acquisition and integration of two other companies.

Chief Financial Officer, as well as Secretary to the Board of Directors for this developer of computer software. Managed the finance, administration, human resources and investor relations functions while the company grew from approximately $10 million in revenues to over $100 million in revenues, and to a market capitalization in excess of $1 billion. Headcount grew from 40 people to over 1000. Managed the successful initial public offering of Quarterdeck stock in 1991, the subsequent SEC reporting requirements, and served as the principal investor relations contact for the company through 1996.
