As the Project Officer, I am responsible for ensuring the efficiency of project implementation, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting. The area of the project includes the protection of human rights and environmental defenders, a network of service provider organizations, freedom of assembly, and the provision of a responsive emergency and capacity-building fund. The project facilitates 24 service provider organizations divided into 6 clusters: physical assistance, legal aid, emergency fund, digital security protection, psychosocial assistance, research, and advocacy.

Under the supervision of the Program Officer for Human Rights, provide substantive and administrative support to human rights projects and grants making around transitional justice, improve access to justice, the protection of human rights, and environmental defenders, and protect and realization of the rights of marginalized and discriminated communities (religious/faith/sexual orientation groups, children, and women).In addition, I was also involved in the substance of program implementation such as designing program activities, writing a term of references for project activities, budgeting, helping in examining the grantee’s proposal, and writing project activities on the foundation’s website. During my tenure as PA, I also served as one of the associates in three implementing projects: (1) the HEAL Project (Promote Human Rights and Equality to Achieve Sustainability) funded by the European Union; (2) Safe Journalism Project funded by the Netherlands Embassy; (3) Integral Security Resources Hub Project funded by The David and Lucile Packard Foundation.

Established in 2017, Cakra Wikara Indonesia (CWI) is an association of researchers focusing on socio-political studies that aim to collectively produce knowledge with gender perspective in order to enhance the quality of public policy and empower people’s participation.Under the supervision of Research Manager, provide substantive support for research projects in the area of politic, gender, local government, political party, bureaucracy, and education. Provide lead to the implementation of advocacy both offline and online on the issue of women representation in politic, bureaucracy, and education. As a coordinator of campaign and networking, provide lead for implementation of advocacy and research dissemination. The responsibilities include: lead represent organization in the public campaign for gender equality in the coalition of Civil Society Network for Advocacy on the Elimination of Sexual Violence Bill (Jaringan Masyarakat Sipil untuk Advokasi RUU Penghapusan Kekerasan Seksual/RUU PKS) and Women’s Movement against Violence Alliance (Gerak Perempuan), designing online campaign materials and documentary film on sexual violence against women, video making on Podcast and Instagram Live, organizing and moderating seminar and talk.

The Center for Religious and Cross-cultural Studies (CRCS) was established in 2000 as a master’s degree program focusing on the cross-cultural study of religion as a complex and vital aspect of human experience in all its diversity and as a social identity. Under the supervision of a Public Education Coordinator, provide support for research projects such as data collection, managing data, and writing research reports; assist the implementation of diversity school; and lead “Wednesday Forum”, a weekly academic discussion on the issue of religion in intersection with democracy, pluralism, human rights, politics, indigenous religion, and ecology, and globalization. WwB focuses on Female Leadership, Capacity Building, Gender Based Violence, Intercultural Dialogue, and Preventing Violent Extremism.Under the supervision of the Program Manager, Women without Borders, provides substantive and administrative support to the implementation Mother School Project in Indonesia. I am responsible for documenting in English the progress, challenges, strategies, and key anecdotes that emerge in the ten Mothers School modules implemented across ten weeks; providing support to the Mothers School trainers; responsible for weekly Skype meetings with the Women without Borders headquarters in Vienna.
