• Create project reporting documents• Prepare Customer MDR• Create and compile a Manufacturing Data Book (MDR) to be sent to customers• Submit Document MDR to Customer in hard copy and soft file form• Purchase goods through the SAP system• Enter regular SPK data at the end of every month• Entering overtime data into the SAP system• Support work equipment needs in the field• Prepare receipts and make financial reports on official travel for inspectorsand managers• Make an official travel assignment letter

• Carry out production according to the PO that has been given• Ensure materials and machines function properly so as to produce a product with quality in accordance with company standards.

• Receive documents from the PPIC team to QC• Check that the material to be sent matches the document in terms of color, qty, specifications, hardness, tickness, stickers, and customer• Full responsibility for the incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse• Establish good relationships with customers.

• Checking materials in terms of color, thickness, hardness, specifications and qty • Follow up purchase orders from the production process to delivery • Communication with the Development team regarding shipments

Receive work orders from the Planning team• Check the material in terms of color, hardness, tickness, and visual material listed on the SPK• Establish communication with all departments• Change the visual results of the material to a smooth condition with no holes or holes• Stand in the machine area to check the thicknessmaterial during finishing
