Onsite on DBS Bank Risk Based Vulnerability Management (RBVM) Project : Job Summary:The Risk-Based Vulnerability Management Team Leader is responsible for leading a dynamic team focused on identifying, assessing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities across the organization. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and collaboration with various departments to ensure a proactive and risk-centric approach to vulnerability management.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership:Lead and motivate a team of vulnerability management specialists.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Coordinate team activities and prioritize tasks to effectively manage workload.Strategic Planning:Develop and implement a risk-based vulnerability management strategy aligned with organizational goals.Collaborate with other security and IT teams to integrate vulnerability management into broader risk management initiatives.Vulnerability Identification and Assessment:Oversee the identification of vulnerabilities through various tools, assessments, and penetration testing.Conduct risk assessments to prioritize vulnerabilities based on potential impact and likelihood.Mitigation and Remediation:Coordinate with IT and security teams to ensure timely and effective remediation of identified vulnerabilities.Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to stay informed about patches and security updates.Reporting and Communication:Prepare and present regular reports on vulnerability management activities, key metrics, and risk reduction progress to leadership.Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
