Hands on coaching, in depth complex coverage analysis, directing litigation, customer service, auditing, quality assurance, vendor selection and evaluation, performance management.

Manage and adjust the branch office's most complex claims, primarily auto and general liabiliy, heavy on catastrophic injury and construction defect. Many active claims have exposures in the multiples of millions of dollars.

Member of management/executive team. Minority shareholder. Managed all aspects of transportation (trucking) claims, including physical damage, liability, and cargo. Provided in-house TPA services to three companies including The Underwriters at Lloyd's / London. Provided oversight and audit function over outside third party administrator(s) handling claims for our issuing carriers. Performed all reinsurance reporting and collection functions for liability companies. Did coverage analysis and provided conflict of interest coverage litigation management (bifurcation) on behalf of issuing carriers. Provided all claims management information reporting to various issuing carriers and internal management team.
