Performed construction survey work that included preliminary surveys, staking municipal sanitary sewer, water and storm sewer, city park layouts, setting building grades, and locating property corners.

Issued Zoning/Occupancy Permits for all construction in La Crosse County and administered the La Crosse County Zoning ordinance. Prepared variance, rezoning, and conditional use permit drawings for public hearings. Performed site visits to determine compliance to the ordinance and establish setbacks from navigable waters. Participated in the Wisconsin.

Worked with clients o create outdoor living spaces including brick walkways and patios, various retaining walls, privacy and aesthetic plantings, and master plans. Designed and built company's first website.
