I have to address work issues and provided resolution in a timely manner. Provide backup for the Program Manager on numerous occasions while she is out of the office. Completing Contract requirements such as working with the COTR to meet staffing needs and completing monthly and quarterly reporting requirements. I have been the Acting Program Manager on numerous occasions when the Program Manager is on leave. I have assisted Program Manager in completing Contract requirements such as working with the COTR to meet staffing needs and completing monthly and quarterly reporting requirements. Designed and implemented Access Databases to improve the efficiency of the Management Reporting and ease of managing the contract workforce. Work with the Government Management and AMC employees to make them aware of policy or procedure changes. Work with the following FAA accounting systems and modules: DELPHI (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger modules) and Discoverer. Use these systems to run queries for research and analysis to find errors, view purchase orders and agreements to build partial payment sheets and files. Worked with the Government Accounts Payable Supervisor to reconcile sub-ledger to the General Ledger, suspense accounts and the statement of difference between the General Ledger and Treasury and make any necessary corrections. Worked with the Accounts Payable Supervisor on the PORTAL to reconcile the inter-governmental billings and verify the accuracy, then accepting or declining the charges.
