Led finance, audit, strategy, business risk management, and legal for a $2 billion, 2,000-employee Rexam Sector. Member of Board of Directors for foreign joint ventures. Established financial control and led integration of administrative functions for a major acquisition in Brazil, Chile, and Argentina. Managed 7 direct and 37 indirect reports. Reported to Sector CEO.
