I've been the Chairman of Viocorp since it's inception.Divisional ACTIVITIES:• Viocorp ASIA: Headquartered in Singapore, the company is responsible for supporting our Channel Partners and direct selling our products & services throughout Asia, with current contracts in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.• Viocorp SYSTEMS INTELLIGENCE: Positioning, analytics, messaging, recommendations and digital media communications. Responsible for the management and operational activities of Big Beat a leading entertainment business in Sydney. My role involved:• Financial management• General management of staffing, events, facilities, and security• Contract negotiations with key international talent agents• Strategic business developmentThrough my leadership, the company built an excellent reputation and operated successfully since its inception in 1998. I sold this company in July 2006 so I could focus on the accelerating Viocorp International growth and other property development opportunities.

Responsible for the inception, creation and launch of a national radio station including all logistics, licensing, senior management and operational activities. My role included:• Selection of investors• Formation of the board• Appointment of senior management• Supervision of licensing process• Leading specialist bid teamBeat 106 was extremely successful and achieved the highest ratings of any new independent National Radio Station. It was subsequently sold in July 2000, 18 months after its inception to Capital Radio PLC. I was responsible for the negotiations of the transaction with the PLC including all corporategovernance issues. The sale was completed in six weeks delivering an exceptional return to the investors.

Responsible for the conceptualisation, design and implementation of a chain of hotels/bars/restaurants. This project involved approximately 30 venues located all over the UK.

Designing and operating a number of bars and restaurants. By 1984, I had successfully designed and established three venues:• Rock Garden – an American theme bar with a capacity of 300 people• Cul de Sac – a 3-level French creperie which included a restaurant, bar and café• De Quincey's – a café/bar developed with a grade one heritage buildingI sold Rock Garden and De Quincey's to Whitbread Plc in 1984

Responsible for the overall management of a new concept Bar/Restaurant and Brasserie. Including Front of house, purchasing, staffing, financial controls and general management duties.
