With more than 15 years in leadership roles, I have been a driving force inspiring and providing leadership development, improving organization communication and aligning HR strategies with overall business critical goals. This has involved extensive partnering across HR and business leaders to develop and implement new systems, processes, training, and communications across the enterprise.I am known for an ability to lead change and transformation impacting domestic, international, and global employee bases of up to ~100,000 worldwide. This includes planning strategies for and directing activities related to global HR solutions, divestitures, and reductions-in-force.Some of the highlights from my career would include the following: Spearheaded and led several HR programs including Global Voluntary Separation, Optional Retirement, Redeployment, Corporate Diversity Hiring, and Intel’s first-ever Train to Teach program; executed workforce strategy to support large action impacting up to 5,000 employees with $5M budget. Executed redesign of global performance management, achieved measureable improvement results, more efficient process, saving time, and improved employee, manger surveys; established systems and processes as well as rolled out training and communications for management.  Increased overall organizational health 70%, working with business group managers to identify challenges and recommend actions for improvement; significantly improved employee satisfaction, synergy, and organizational capabilities. Earned several awards including Intel Global Recognition Awards for global innovative solutions, EDS Gold Level Award for building internal HR relationships, and Recognition Award for driving EDS and NASA partnership.
