With over eight years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, I am passionate about optimizing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. My field of expertise is kinesiology, which gives me a unique perspective on the health and safety of warehouse workers. I currently work as a Warehouse Manager at Medline Industries, a leading healthcare company that provides medical supplies and solutions to hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.As a Warehouse Manager, I support the Director of Operations by directing warehouse activities and overseeing all aspects of the daily production and order fulfillment. I use my problem-solving and analytical skills to plan, organize, and monitor the inventory, storage, and distribution of goods. I also use my communication and leadership skills to motivate, train, and supervise a team of over 50 warehouse associates, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards. I have contributed to several initiatives that improved the warehouse operations, such as implementing a new inventory management system, reducing waste and shrinkage, and increasing the order accuracy and delivery speed.
