I Support DOD customer with innovative solutions to complex problems in a multi vendor solutions platform. My primary duties are maintaining and supporting the customer's network and proactively monitoring network health thru SolarWinds. I'm responsible for maintaining, upgrading network enclave of Layer 2, 3 Cisco switches (Cisco 3560 and Nexus 5000) and ASA firewall.
