I am a person who is willing to learn new things. I enjoy improving in my weak areas to succeed in whatever field I am in. The more I have to do the more exciting it is for me. I like when there is always something to do.I am a very diverse person. I love the excitement that diversity brings to the development of the company I work for. I also encourage others to keep on top of their tasks and helping them succeed in their life.I believe if you expect your employees to follow the regulations or GMP's. You have to show that you also are going to follow the same rules. In order to have followers and people willing to listen to you, you need to lead by example. When they do follow the regulations, thank them for doing a great job and for following the GMP's.I have experience using different programs such as: AS400, Microsoft Outlook, Mainframe, Excel, PowerPoint and I have used Oracle a little.
