Conducting the Confident People Management Program for managers in the State Public Service throughout Queensland. This action learning based program focuses on people management, incorporates an action learning project and is designed to aid reflection and practise (undertaken within and between workshops). I have conducted workshops in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton, Maryborough, Marburg, Ipswich, Toowoomba and Roma (500klms West of Brisbane). Clients have included Department of Health, Department of Communities, Queensland Police Service, Public Trust and Department of Housing.
