He was a member of Highbridge’s Board of Managers.Mr. Resnick was responsible since 1993 for the oversight of the day-to-day management of Highbridge and its operations, administration, human resources, media relations and legal and regulatory activities for about 205 people in New York, Grand Cayman, London, Hong Kong and Tokyo.
