Point of Sale stations, Security systems, Videoconferencing cameras and wireless IP networking equipment.Specialties: I often refer to myself as "A Technology Peacemaker" because the best description of what I do is to help make all of the technology parts like each other.In the world we live in everything connects and communicates across a vast expanse of equipment. It Network SupportRhoades Mckee Sep 2005 - Jun 2009Duties included Server and user computers maintenance and support for over 52 Attorneys and 55 Support staff personnel as well as Printers, Copiers, Dictation and Transcription setup and support for the entire office. Helped with the complete overhaul of the server room from 8 main servers that needed replacing to 24 new servers running all new updated software. Trained staff and attorneys on Microsoft Products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access as will as specialized network based dictation and transcription.Also set up Fortis, a Document Management program and hold a Certified Fortis Administrator Certificate from Westbrook Technologies. -
M.I.S.Re-Deux Llc Jan 2003 - Jun 2005M.I.S.I began working with Re-Deux as a consultant and then joined them full time to setup the Re-Deux company as a new business operation. I installed all office equipment, networks, phones, computers, software and laid out the building as facilities manager. Designed and wrote custom programming and Web sites that allowed Re-Deux to see over 45,000 of their products scattered over the United States and be able to allow the 32,000 source clients to interact with web based software to facilitate the recovery of product. Designed and set up a product receiving, inventory and Point of Sale system for the day to day operations of the company.

M.I.S.Pioneer Construction Jan 1992 - Aug 2003Responsible for many business locations throughout Western Michigan including Pioneer Construction, Tailored Building Systems, Centennial Country Club, The Boardwalk Apartments and American Seating Park; Set up multiple networks in over 17 different business and linked them via multiple protocols and Operating systems. Worked with 3Com, CISCO, Netgear, Linksys and D-link networking equipment.The company grew from 3 computers in one location to 8 different locations with over 120 computers linked with Citrix and custom web linking. As part of Pioneer and TEB Enterprises I did all of the technical support for the business and holdings for the company as well as setting up computers, installing software and training users on the day to day operations. -
