Supervision of (~150) hourly employees across three shifts in the development of advanced glass cutting, forming and mirroring procedures required to produce concentrated photovoltaic solar panels. Oversee the implementation of manufacturing schedules, personnel requirements, quality control, production standards, inventory control and safety programs. Developed manufacturing team members’ competency through training, coaching, communications and performance management; helped in the development of automation throughout the factory to increase production to over 3000 mirrors per day.
