Support product software development by testing pre-released software. Write test cases to verify functionality of US and international product software. Localize test cases used to verify functionality of localized (international) products. Navigate existing software database servers to create, save, edit, and find software test plans and test cases.  Assemble and disassemble product test model configurations. Program model EPROMs and ICs with software build files to support test execution. Configure and troubleshoot product test models. Test product software following test plans and test procedures.  Test and analyze product software to ensure proper operation and reliability by executing specified test cases and documenting results. Verify product content and localized content by ensuring software follows approved audio scripts. Diagnose software problems and suggest problem resolutions to development engineers. Validate product software on new hardware, operating systems and supporting software. Document software problems and issues into the Mantis bug tracking database.  Manage the Mantis bug tracking database. Coordinate testing of product software with content producers to ensure completion of product reviews. Record, narrate, and edit videos that demonstrate product operation and audio content used by subsidiaries in the software approval process. Update existing SQA documentation. Study new technologies and procedures to stay current on industry standards and new products. Evaluate new and updated products.  Support Consumer Relations by duplicating and documenting problems and anomalies with product software.
