• Serve as the subject matter expert for all Notified’s web hosting products, responding to a wide variety of inquiries.
• Build a lasting relationship with the clients through regular client dialogue, to understand each client's individual needs and workflow, and to provide a specialized consultative service.
• Oversee the functionality of the website, monitor performance and analytics, and facilitate hosting and server management.
• Create/Edit appropriate website content aligned with Notified’s strategy and as client requested.
• Conduct content audits to keep apprised of the Investor Relations industry regulations and submit website recommendations to each client annually.
• Scope out redesign and set milestones to keep the project on track from both a timeline and budgetary perspective.

• Communicate directly with clients via phone and email regarding client questions and requests
• Maintain and update HTML content for hosted websites
• Responsible for ensuring 100% Client retention
• Provide support to global Client Operations team
• Successfully supports Product Specialist accounts and Intro Pack accounts by responding in a timely manner to all client questions and concerns, multitasking, and providing complete follow through on all requests.
