Ir Support Specialist
CurrentServe as the subject matter expert for all Notified’s web hosting products, responding to a wide variety of inquiries. •Build a lasting relationship with the clients through regular client dialogue, to understand each client's individual needs and workflow, and to provide a specialized consultative service. •Oversee the functionality of the website, monitor performance and analytics, and facilitate hosting and server management. •Create/Edit appropriate website content aligned with Notified’s strategy and as client requested. •Conduct content audits to keep apprised of the Investor Relations industry regulations and submit website recommendations to each client annually. •Scope out redesign and set milestones to keep the project on track from both a timeline and budgetary perspective. •Collaborate with internal teams including but not limited to designers, developers, QA, sales account managers, product development and client service specialists. •Liaise with the internal team and oversee redesign from content gathering to website launch. •Respond to posting requests, product functionality, technical questions, and industry best practices consultation. •Facilitate quarterly and annual conferences for each client. •Document and track client interaction within Notified’s CRM system.
