My business experience includes service as President and CEO of two corporations, Vice President and Executive Vice President of three corporations, and as Regional Manager and Salesman. For the past 10 years, I have served as CEO of Premiere Management Associates Inc., a management consulting firm. Recently, he was inducted as a lifetime fellow in Continental’s National Who’s Who of Executives and Professionals. Throughout the past 24 years, I have trained corporate sales people, physicians, managers, operations and support staff, university professors, parks, police, S.W.A.T., fire and investigative bureaus, attorneys general, children’s justice centers and corporate education development teams. I regularly train and/or speak on subjects such as ethics, organizational efficiency, conflict, negotiation, customer service, dealing with global change and professionalism. I have also served as a consultant to a variety of state agencies and private corporate executives.Listed in several publications of National’s Who's Who in Executives and Professionals, my business experience includes 24 years of executive management. My experience includes direct responsibility for corporate negotiations, sales and marketing, strategic management, operations, and corporate infrastructure development. These executive management responsibilities include negotiations in labor, management, budget projections and development, contracts, and dispute resolution. They further include project management, operations, creation and coordination of multiple departments, sales and marketing, estimating, contracts origination and management, legal liaison, business plan development, strategic management, employee policies and manuals, accounting, human resources, EEOC compliance, product engineering and fulfillment, and training.
