I formed Lugo in 2003 to provide IT support for small businesses. I was keen to develop the business in to a brand which our customers would recognise as their own IT department. My goal is to provide personal, local support to companies that do not have the resources or knowledge to carry out these tasks themselves. I want to make sure customers are getting great value for money with professional advice to keep the critical systems up and running when they need them most. As a small business ourselves we know the importance of having things to hand when you need them! In recent years we have focused much more on working closely with Accountants and Housing Associations.

I joined Lomond shortly after they became the Scottish Sage Accounting Centre. I was responsible for carrying out data migrations from companies which Sage had acquired into the new Sage Accountants Suite. I then moved on to train on products along with designing and installing the networks they ran on.
