I was the bridge between the designer and the production unit to bring the drawings into reality. I also created budget estimates, timeline, event show flow and coordinated the entertainment for the event.• In the team of Russian’s, my involvement gave them a head start in the Indian Market.

• As the Senior Event Manager in this prestigious organization, I have executed more than 60 events. After serving for 5 years as the Event Coordinator, I was promoted to Senior Event Manager. I traveled to different countries and cities with the Director to meet clients and conduct a recce of locations. • My responsibilities included meeting clients and discussing the plan, keeping them up-to-date with the progress, creating presentations, timelines, budget estimates, event plans, vendor management, coordinating between different department heads, and onsite project and team management.

On-time is an important factor when it comes to events and logistics plays a vital role in achieving it.• I have assisted the onsite setup team and backstage management team as and when required.
