Current• Leading the maintenance of IMS (Integrated Management System) standards, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018, certified by AJA UK, and BDS ISO 14001:2015 by BSTI.• Managing the registration, renewal, and compliance of crucial legal documents such as DPDC, TITAS Gas, Trade License, Fire License, Arms License, Environment License, and various regulatory licenses.• Overseeing group vehicle registration, renewal, & correspondence with BRTA & Traffic Office, implementing software for efficient management, ensuring compliance with DMP Traffic regulations.• Orchestrating VISA, Passport, and Work Permit processing for foreign employees through liaison with SB Office, NSI Office, Home Ministry, Foreign Ministry, and other relevant authorities.• Conducting diverse training programs across the organization, enhancing staff skills and knowledge.• Demonstrating adept management in Safety, Health, and Transport, also providing seamless coordination.Achievement:• Conducting extensive training programs benefiting the entire Panna Group.• Being recognized by the Executive Director for cost-saving initiatives.• Leading a team of six and providing administrative support for 4000 employees.• Developing and maintaining 20 HR policies, ensuring regulatory compliance.• Receiving an Appreciation Letter for outstanding performance in 2023.• Managing legal documentation for seven sister companies and facilitating 30 holding tax assessments• Securing approvals for five arms licenses and overseeing registration for 90 cars and 93 motorcycles.• Facilitating the approval process for CIP and President Awards for the Managing Director.• Implementing IMS, fostering effective government liaison and BDS BSTI ISO 14001:2015 at the factory.• Organizing and conducting 65 training sessions annually, emphasizing employee development.• Establishing HR policies and procedures while ensuring employee satisfaction and well-being.
