As the Head of Engineering at Mevisio, I oversee not only engineering but also design and product. One of my key accomplishments has been building a strong, efficient team that has significantly increased our overall productivity. I have successfully implemented OKRs alongside a robust product discovery process. Through these efforts, we have been able to package our low-code functionality into a visual, entry-level product, making it more accessible to a broader range of users.

As the CTO/CPO at EFUEL, I led the development of our digital products. Within 18 months of joining EFUEL, we managed to build and release a state-of-the-art EV charging system, EFUEL Smart, and the wholesale storefront efuel.se. I joined with the mission to build an organisation capable of defining and building great products within the energy space. I was part of EFUELs management team in which I provided insights in HR and recruitment along with the tech and product perspective.

I was responsible for Engineering in five teams, including three customer-facing teams and two platform teams, focused on creating exceptional user experiences and services for our customers. I am particularly proud of successfully leading two teams through challenging times, enabling them to achieve remarkable results that surpassed expectations. We built the technical foundations for our mobile apps, and enabled our customer-facing teams to create award-winning user experiences.In addition to my work within the customer journey tribe, I was also involved in or led several larger initiatives, including the shift to new technology for our mobile apps, employer branding, and "post"-pandemic workplace initiatives. I formed and ran the Frontend Chapter, which provided our engineers with a space to learn, collaborate, and solve cross cutting technical issues.I gained invaluable skills in management, coaching, organizational development, and product development including strategy, discovery and delivery. I discovered a passion for leadership that has evolved ever since.

I played a critical role in developing two key systems: a scalable transaction system that vastly improved the quality and throughput of Avanzas cash flow, and a cutting-edge Order Management System that handles over half of all transactions on the Swedish stock market. In addition to my technical contributions, I also helped drive the organization's agile transformation both by promoting modern product development methodologies by providing insights to management and coaching teams to foster better collaboration. I got to work with outstanding colleagues, learn high scalability technologies, software development at scale and grow as a leader.

As a founding member and tech lead at Unikum, I spearheaded the development of our ed-tech service for elementary schools. I established and executed our technical vision using agile methodologies and by closely collaborating with end users, we established a seamless product development process. My primary focus was on scalability and building a technical platform that allowed for fast iterations and enabling us to steadily expand our user base. At Unikum, I led two development teams, and oversaw the successful growth of the platform to serve over 1 million users. Along the way, I honed my skills in devops, scalable architecture, team building, product development, UX design, and agile methodologies. Through this experience, I gained valuable insights into leadership and entrepreneurship that continue to guide me in my career.
