I currently conduct investigations / interviews and manage applicant’s files who are looking to seek employment with the EPS.I continue to mentor and coach applicants looking to become more competitive in the process.Analyze and provide recommendations on suitable applicants for hire to the Edmonton Police Service

My current position is to recruit potential applicants for the Edmonton Police Service. This entails public Information Session, travelling to various Colleges, University and Career Fairs throughout Canada. I also test applicants in various set standards of the application process. APCAT ( Alberta Police Cognitive Ability Test), ACT ( Alberta Communication Test), APREP ( Alberta Physical Readiness Evaluation for Police). I conduct background investigations and BDI interviews with potential applicants.I mentor/coach applicants in other various Programs within Recruiting. Run with Recruiters is a Cornerstone Portfolio within the EPS that I facilitate to ensure that applicants and future applicants are more prepared for a career within the EPS.
