• Lead and manage a team of 3 members for CapEx, OpEx, MTO, and MRO on a Process to pay basis (P2P).
• Compiling the indent from the user (PR)/generating inquiries for quotation (RFQ/RFP), preparing ESR, and creating PO and change orders.
• Maximization of rate contracts (ARC) to reduce cycle time and cost.
• Ensuring the items are delivered to meet SLAs, KPIs, and quality and compliance standards through approved SOPs.
• Rate settlement of extra work and other claims of an outsourcing and service contract with the contract department.
• Coordination with expediting team for timely delivery of supplies and reducing the TAT as per RM requirements & quality norms.
