• Lead a procurement team for OpEx, MRO, MTO, Outsourcing fabrication contracts, Service Contracts, and Vendor assessments/classification. • Issuance of RFQ, analysis of price offers, preparing negotiation strategy, CSQ, preparation of sanction request & SAP order. • Ensuring the standard procedure of commercial, contractual clauses and their adherence. Vendor database with conducting the cost-saving analysis.• Formulation of contract documents for Manufacturing Agreement, Rate Contract, and purchase order. • Ensure supplies are as per the required schedule and establish a long-term relationship with the vendors and their deliverables. • Working together with the sales team for end-to-end bid management process including overall bid compilation and procurement.• Assessment of the qualification criteria from the customer. Ensure timely completion of various bid activities (documentation, compliance of tender specification, cost build-up and optimization, risk identification, etc.)• Support in business model finalization, Benchmark solutions and costs with other projects, and put together the entire price bid. Cognition with tender conditions like GCC, ITT, SCC, COC, TS & SOR.• Coordinate between various internal teams viz Engineering, Contract, Project, Legal & Quality team.• Knowledge of filling the bid in IREPS, E-Procurement, E-Tender and etc.• Within a year achieved cost reduction by 4% in service contract & bought out items led to an increase in order booking by 6% in the urban transport.

• Lead and manage a team of 3 members for CapEx, OpEx, MTO, and MRO on a Process to pay basis (P2P).• Compiling the indent from the user (PR)/generating inquiries for quotation (RFQ/RFP), preparing ESR, and creating PO and change orders.• Maximization of rate contracts (ARC) to reduce cycle time and cost.• Ensuring the items are delivered to meet SLAs, KPIs, and quality and compliance standards through approved SOPs.• Rate settlement of extra work and other claims of an outsourcing and service contract with the contract department.• Coordination with expediting team for timely delivery of supplies and reducing the TAT as per RM requirements & quality norms.• Ensure uninterrupted availability of RM as per production requirements and project timeline.• Work collaboratively with internal groups such as Ethics & Compliance, and contracts administration to ensure service contracts are executed per corporate governance.• Member of the core team to optimize procurement cost and cycle time.• Developing vendors into strategic partners; identifying and developing potential vendors/ suppliers for achieving cost-effective purchases of materials and long-term business relationships.• Carrying out inventory/warehouse management; replenishing stock items as per the plant requirement.• Meeting with the project, planning & production team against the production plan with the procurement plans and its delivery timeline.• Estimation & submission for Equipment & Spares tender/bid. • Work collaboratively with internal groups such as Ethics & Compliance, contracts administration to ensure contracts are executed per governance.
