I started my career as a Developer in the Telecommunications and Finance sectors, diving deep into the technical and business aspects of these industries. A few years in, I took on the challenge of coordinating a development team, adding responsibilities like architecture design and becoming the single point of contact for customer engagement. This was an incredible experience—from fostering team spirit to building strong customer relationships—and I learned a lot while having fun along the way.At OutSystems, I transitioned to the role of Delivery Manager, leading the implementation of innovative solutions on the OutSystems platform. My focus was on solving complex technical and business challenges through an agile approach, bridging the gap between technical and business teams. This role provided a unique opportunity to expand my expertise across different markets and cultures, including the U.S. and Europe.My passion for working closely with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional solutions led me to the role of Engagement Manager. In this position, I am responsible for the overall management and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and, above all, driving customer satisfaction.
