Fleet Operations Manager
CurrentAs a fleet manager, I oversee the new joiners, referral, and retention of bikers for our delivery service. I am responsible for managing the budget and achieving the targets for the fleet performance and growth. I also coordinate with other departments such as operation, product, commercial, marketing, legal, and call center to ensure smooth and effective collaboration and work flow. I plan and execute efficient and cost-effective campaigns to attract and retain bikers. I participate in weekly business development meetings to explore new opportunities and optimize the workflow.
