Served various clientele in the Northern Sacramento agricultural space to buy and sell midsize and large ag lands. Analyzed, synthesized, and reported land characteristics such as soil quality and health, water quality, sourcing, availability, historical yield, profitability and potential losses, short- and long-term viability of land values, development and redevelopment potential, etc. Built complex Pro Forma and Executive Summary reports for principals. Offered specialized expertise to family farms buying and selling land to meet generational and legacy goals. Completed or directly contributed to transactions from $600M to $20MM+. Found unique opportunities with strong local and regional networks to compete with larger PE and corporate farms. Handled transactional paperwork from start to finish, worked with legal teams, CPAs, bankers, bookkeepers, and local and regional government officials to ensure land use and highest/best use certainty for clients.

Managing the Seeds for Bees program to benefit beekeepers, growers, Apis mellifera, and soil ecosystems. Cover cropping is both the inroad and the backbone of the farm of the future. It is not a silver bullet, but has an enormous amount of silver lining. It’s multifunctional values must have two components to reach the highest probability of achieving top potential—proper management and long term implementation. That is why I am at Project Apis m.
