CurrentI am a Sheriff with the Alberta ministry of Justice and Solicitor General. At graduation for the Solicitor General Training Academy I earned my Sheriffs badge and the Fitness Award for my recruit class. I am looking forward to this opportunity that comes with growth and personal development as a Public Safety Community Peace Officer and Sheriff. Follow ups with the individual(s) are conducted and case notes documenting what happened and actions taken are noted. Our branch switched over from G4S to Gardaworld.Operational Supervisor of armored car crews, providing safety and security and effective management of facilities personal and assets.My main responsibilities as a dispatcher were managing the armored car crews, overlooking access control to and throughout the building, assisting with scheduling and filling various open shifts, investigating various problems and issues that have occurred and maintaining differing forms of communication. I was the call Centre contact for crews in western Canada to provide entry. I had to provide security over-watch to local, Alberta crews and ensure customer service was provided and all service was completed. My position is the oversight of operations of Calgary crews and in part crews all over Western Canada. I am the front line application of problem solving with crews in the field and client support.
