Experience of over 10 years in retail as my foundation, I have built many skills in areas such as Sales, Inventory management, Management, and more. I furthered my education, attending The Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School in 2019, where I completed my Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management.During this University journey I gained experiences in fascinating locations such as Hamilton Island and Uluru where I developed my hospitality skillset.In 2021 I had the opportunity of working at Ballie Lodges in Uluru, Longitude 131, as a Guest Service Agent and this fantastic experience ignited my passion for boutique luxury accommodation, as well as a drive to provide first class customer service within all of my roles.I am excited to continue my career progression and add to my wide ranging knowledge within the hospitality sector.
