Founder and tech lead for VRcompare, the internet's largest VR & AR device database. Designed, engineered & deployed the site from scratch, building a full-stack React web application with a bespoke content management system to provide VR headset stats to consumers and businesses alike. Current duties include:- Maintenance of the site.- Design and engineering of regular updates and new features.- Social media marketing, community outreach, and engagement with other members of the industry.- Sales & brand partnerships with other companies in the XR space.

Lead position on the founding team for PropEco delivering critical data infrastructure and API services. Role involved oversight and undertaking of the design and deployment of robust, modular and scalable cloud-based data products making use of large geospatial (GIS) datasets. Key responsibilities include technical decision making regarding data storage and infrastructure, and implementation of end-to-end processes to deliver general-purpose data and API products for customers.

Mid-level position maintaining, designing, and implementing features for the React frontend for Pebble, an advanced building management system designed for use in managing large buildings and skyscrapers. Role involved the implementation, testing, peer review, and integration of complex frontend features, including interactive maps, 3D building/floor views, and dynamic content management UI.

Involved coordinating sessions with students, planning lessons, generating supplementary material, and conducting the lessons themselves. This has allowed me to greatly solidify my programming knowledge through explaining complex concepts in understandable terms. I mainly teach university students, and often find myself teaching students who are further in their degree course than I am in my own.

Software Engineer Program summer internship. Participated in Interns for Social Good, in which I worked with an Agile team to produce a software solution for a non-profit organisation for the duration of the internship.

Role involved coordinating the production of cryptocurrency-related articles from contracted journalists. In this role I also proofread and edited articles as they were sent in, and occasionally wrote articles myself for the site.
