At X-act Forensics my role as a digital forensic consultant meant conducting extensive examinations on digital devices such as computers, laptops and mobile phones. Whilst working at X-act Forensics I was expected to use a number of industry standard tools such as EnCase, FTK, IEF, C4ALL, MPE+, XRY and Oxygen Forensic Suite. I have worked on wide array of criminal and civil cases, of which include Indecent Images of Children, hacking, harassment, fraud, voyeurism, murder and other cases. I compiled complex and detailed expert reports on cases I worked on for the use in court. Whilst working at X-act Forensics I maintained and created professional relationships with solicitors and private individuals. I worked closely alongside clients ensuring that their needs were met. I was praised several times on my turnaround time on cases from clients.

My role as an investigator for TM-EYE included enforcing the intellectual property rights of a number of well-known brands including Pandora and Thomas Sabo. During my time at TM-EYE I co-operated and assisted law enforcement to carry out arrests, this included briefing and debriefing law enforcement members. Alongside this role I managed my own day to day tasks which frequently changed from case to case. During my time at TM-EYE I carried out investigations using social media as well as other open source resources in order to obtain the correct identity of suspects. I was also expected to use a range of forensic tools to gather further information such as EnCase, FTK and Detego. Every case we handled had a tight time constraint this meant managing my time accordingly and focusing on multiple cases at once.
