I am a partner at Wildeboer Dellelce LLP practising primarily in the areas of securities, corporate finance, corporate, mergers and acquisitions and commercial law. I act for a variety of early stage and mature technology, biotechnology, telecommunications and traditional economy companies (both Canadian and international) and have been involved in numerous public and private financings and secured lending transactions. In addition, I have acted for several underwriters in public and private equity and debt financings, have extensive merger and acquisition experience and have participated in several cross-border transactions. I have served as a director of a number of private, public and not-for-profit companies and have spoken at conferences on a variety of corporate finance and commercial law topics. I am an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School having taught Commercial Law in the fall term, 2010 and Securities Law in the winter terms of 2012 and 2013. I will be teaching Securities Law again at Osgoode in the 2014 winter term. Prior to joining Wildeboer Dellelce LLP in January, 1996, I practised law at Stikeman, Elliott in Toronto. Prior to practising law, I was an economist at Dome Petroleum Ltd. in Calgary.
