Recruited mid-season to reinvigorate & capitalise on the potential of a promising college program & student body. 2021 was a rebuilding year (with only Summer Eights due to post-Covid), establishing a different training program and technical model, as well as restarting the conveyor belt integration of novice/ new athletes to rowing into the Senior squad that had been missed in previous years. Typically manage 16-24 committed U19 athletes each year, running the land & water sessions as well as engaging with younger year groups at the school to encourage as many as possible to try/ take up rowing and enjoy the sport, helping them see and achieve their potential.
