Envirobond develops and distributes environmentally friendly products for the outdoor construction industry through dealer networks and retailers such as The Home Depot. Envirobond recently expanded internationally, licensing its patented plant glue Organic-Lock in the US, Europe and China. Responsibilities include:• Advising on all strategic matters, including Envirobond's current growth and expansion strategy, product differentiation, outsourcing opportunities and internal operations systems development• Negotiating and drafting key agreements: purchasing businesses, services, distribution, manufacturing and sales• Managing all internal legal and corporate governance matters, developing strategies to manage and mitigate risk and coordinating with/managing external counsel• Recent projects of note: captained the strategy and implementation of moving to an office-less system and developed a strategy to license our organic binder globally. These two projects directly increased our net revenues by 25% in FY2015

I had a number of videos in regular rotation, charted in top ten on Canadian rock radio and composed and recorded songs for the soundtracks of MTV shows and marketing campaigns.As a manager, I booked performances, secured publishing, recording and distribution agreements, secured funding from various agencies, developed and implemented marketing plans, hired producers and engineers for recording projects, photographers for photo shoots and video directors and production teams for video shoots and developed and implemented strategies to improve the Canadian music industry as part of the Music Managers’ Forum of Canada.
