I have held senior executive roles and leadership positions for large organisations in the publishing industry, supplying information and data solutions for business specialising in law, tax, accounting, banking, funds management and the financial services markets. I was responsible for strategic project governance around M&A and divestments, and for opening up new markets.I am a Graduate of the AICD, having also held non-executive director and advisory board positions for private companies, a NFP organisation and voluntary groups. I have also worked with clients in the Victorian public sector and Government departments. Recent engagements include Chair of the advisory board for a tech startup, and pop-up boards for SME's. Throughout my career, I have been deeply involved in initiatives and transformation projects to achieve outcomes in: organisational change and business performance improvement; redesign the business architecture and restructure the operating model; and implement change strategy and stakeholder management - underpinned by the need for sustainable and practical commercial outcomes. I was responsible for a greenfield business in Asia, a role requiring much self-reliance and independent management, strong advocacy and business case development, that successfully delivered inaugural products on Chinese law.
