As the Senior Vice President of Operations at Ikes Love & Sandwiches, I oversee the operations of 100 locations across the US, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability. I also spearhead the expansion and development of new markets, partnerships, and concepts, driving growth and innovation. Previously, I was the Regional Manager of Restaurant Operations at Fox Restaurant Concepts and Flower Child, where I managed the operations and performance of multiple high-volume and fast-casual restaurants in various regions. I have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, enhancing customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue and market share. I have a BA in Classics and History from the University of California, Irvine, and I am skilled in team building, food safety, budgeting, and project management. My mission is to create memorable and exceptional dining experiences for our guests, while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and diversity among our staff.
