I have been Training dogs most of my life but more specifically training Agility since 1998I work on the Cotswold hills and my passion, is my past time, is my Club! I train a small number of 50 members and when not training my members i train my own dogs and compete at high levels in agility .Trade Union Education - Keeping my hand in with over 20 years in the trade union movement;I offer relief lecturing/facilitation to 2 Trade Union Education Departments in the South West Region the full range of TUC courses including the new Certificate in Employment Law. Agility Coach and Mentor - I also am working in my spare time as a Dog Agility Instructor with GAiT (Glos Agility instruction and Training) After 10 years of honing my skills as an Agility handler and more recently as an Agility instructor I am now using my skills in coaching and mentoring having gotten years of experience under my belt on the job and with support from McH. I am now going back to utilising my previous qualifications such as my Certificate in Adult Education and as an accredited Agility instructor. My aim is to bring new people in to the sport. mentor and coach Women in the sport who percentage wise are under represented in the sport at the higher levels. And aid the understanding of how Dogs learn. I only use reward based methods.I also sell Care products containing natural Aloe for my handlers as sports people and for their dogs health;
