- Lead, coach and develop team members to achieve company KPI through technical thinking (Risk assessment, FMEA, DRBFM, FTA, FEM, NVH)- In charge of design team to achieve goals to meet design requirements through validation in performance, quality, and cost.- Manage a team who communicates with customers to achieve requirement and in-house/suppliers to understand design improvements.- Strategy of design improvement, awareness in cost and manufacturability.- Management Design Change adoption being able to meet deadlines and targets.- Conduct presentation with technical information with schedules, targets, and timelines.- Coordinate new launch project to meet customer requirement based on design standard.- Develop actions and schedules to enhance program expectations.- Manage competitive analysis (global benchmark, cost, process, product, design).
