Coordinate the integration process of new personnel for the 5 companies in the group. Recruitment and selection process for interns, technical, blue- and white-collar employees, managers, and general manager positions. Coordinate the promotion process for all the staff. Employer Branding activities. Recruitment KPI's. Intern management and administration as well as their biweekly payroll. Responsible for the internal and external communication. Support in Compliance activities and additional administrative activities as well as induction training for new personnel.

Coordination y administration of all the employee’s insurance like, GMM, dental, life, auto, house, etc. of the 5 companies of the group. Attention to insurance claims, refunds, renewals. Contract renewals. Special legal procedures for workers that work abroad with sister companies. Administration and file control. Support in Compliance activities (TRACE). Internal and external communication (presentations, HR events, corporate communication, etc.).
