The Estate actively manages its property assets both directly and through its long-term lease holders. Its aim is to be at the forefront of property management and place making in London; taking forward a contemporary estate within an historic context.

Responsible for developing and implementing a Community and Placemaking Strategy aimed at creating a vibrant and connected community in Green Square Town Centre. Green Square Town Centre covers over 14 hectares and represents one of the largest urban renewal projects in NSW and Australia.

Responsible for the delivery of Stakeholder and Community Engagement initiatives and associated communication activities for the Darling Square Urban Regeneration project. Darling Square is a new inner city neighbourhood that is being delivered as part of the NSW Government’s 20-hectare, $3.4 billion transformation of Darling Harbour.

Providing communication support and advice to project managers to ensure community engagement activities were aligned with project milestones and the community engagement function supported the overall project imperatives. Developed and implemented community engagement strategies for large-scale renewable energy projects. Key projects include:- Macarthur Wind Farm, VIC: $1B project; largest wind farm in the Southern Hemisphere- Nyngan and Broken Hill Solar Plant Projects, NSW: $440M project delivered in partnership with ARENA and the NSW Government; largest utility-scale solar plants in Australia;- Coopers Gap Wind Farm, QLD and Silverton Wind Farm, NSW.

The Future Leaders Program was a structured 3-year development program consisting of four nine-month rotations where graduates gained professional experience by working across a variety of divisions.Rotation 2: Community Relations OfficerDeveloping community engagement strategies and social programs for the business.
