Working across all phases of the design thinking process, I was tasked with designing digital products and experiences for global clients across diverse industries. Notably I have taken part in the redesign of RightShip's flagship product and also led the design of their ESG product Carbon Accounting. Working out of Singapore, I was the design lead on a digital transformation for the maritime division at BHP. Working with a project team and two seperate software companies, this role spanned phases from discovery/research to ideation, co-design, test and development.The tasks involved:- Wireframe, prototype and test ‘greenfield’ areas and core functionality- Mapping out workflows for business scenarios and use cases- Conduct user interviews and analysis of current user journey and processes- Conduct usability testing remote and in-person with internal BHP users and external customers of designs and of staging environment- Documenting functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for planning, scoping and development purposes - Quality Assurance testing of UI implementation, defects and bugs - Create and maintain timelines and deliverables for the design stream- Presentation of findings, process and playback to stakeholders- Develop relationships with stakeholders from Maritime, Technology, Change management and vendor teams

I had extensive experience working on a wide range of briefs that required; website design, mobile/app design, wireframing, user testing (UX/IA), EDM design, standard and rich media banner design and development, digital/social media campaign design, in-store animations, retouching, conceptualise creative, storyboard and print design.Clients include: Australia Post, Public Transport Victoria (PTV), Monash University, Metro Tunnel, CrownBet, Schweppes, Victoria Police and Virgin Australia Fashion Festival (VAMFF).

Working as the sole graphic designer I was tasked with designing outdoor signage displays, large scale posters, wall art, and print stationary for clients such as BOC and BOSCH. I also managed the company’s social media channels and content.

During my 6 month Internship I was given the opportunity to work on a range of Government and Commercial Real Estate clients in the Blaze portfolio, under the close mentorship of the Creative Director and senior designers. I worked on a breadth of work ranging from premium property development brochures, posters, corporate invitations, a high influx of press Ads, logo and branding development, outdoor signage displays, as well as social media ad placements.
