Chenega Corporation supported various federal government contracts including US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA), FAA, DHS ICE, SPAWAR and U.S. Coast Guard, Dept. of State and others in the areas of IT, Accounting/Finance, Contracts, HR, Training, Logistics, Engineering, Maintenance and Base Operations positions.As a Senior Recruiter: ● Strong bid/proposal and funded full life cycle recruiting experience. ● Demonstrated success with high volume incumbent capture as well as aggressive, short turn-around staffing as needed on federal government contracts by coordinating with HR operations staff and implementing recruiting strategies for contract transition plans and recruiting upsurge prior to award. ● Developed pricing within corporate compensation plan to assist with pricing exercises and map new position titles as needed, to include SCA category positions.● Successfully established and built consultative and collaborative business relationships with hiring managers in order to successfully understand business needs and provide effective staffing support.● Maintained recruiting records in compliance with government OFCCP requirements. Ensured Taleo applicant tracking system’s data integrity and consistency. Provided standard and ad hoc reporting as needed to HR and operations management.● Responsible for full life cycle recruiting to include defining search criteria, pre-screening and telephone interviews, assessing and ranking candidates, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, coordinating interviews, generating offer letters, conducting references and coordinating international relocations as requested. Coordinated with security manager regarding required procedures for inter-agency security clearances for contractor personnel. ● Coordinated background checks and drug testing through third party provider as required by contract. Utilized social media sites to maximize recruitment efforts.
