System deployed using ASP.NET (VB.NET), IIS 6.0, Microsoft Search Server 2010, Windows Services, and Microsoft SQL 2005.• Anticipated expanding customer base and pursued budget justification for and awarded the funding to modernize the Department’s legacy database structure which will result in a $500,000 a year savings.• Designed and developed statewide tools with open source software to reduce the Department's reliance on paper resulting in thousands of dollars in savings a month. Tools deployed using C++ 2008, .NET 3.5 (C#), WCF 3.5 (VB.NET) and ASP.NET (VB.NET).• Created a comprehensive, centralized knowledge system for error management which maximized Help Desk productivity and improved response times to customer issues by 5-10%.
