Spending nearly 10 successful years in Practice as an auditor and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) during this time, I was able to develop incredibly strong client relationships within an extensive and incredibly varied portfolio. Being consistently exposed to such a broad range of opportunities over the years ultimately resulted in a well-rounded, effective and transferrable skill set, one that has since come in very handy in my role as Senior Acquisitions Accountant at Nurture. A highly motivated, personable, hard-working, and committed individual, I consistently strive to make a positive difference, both to the company i work for and the teams i work with. Always eager to learn and an excellent communicator, i am always ready for any challenge that comes my way and can adapt to change quickly.This ability to react and keep pace with an ever-changing environment has been vitally important in my current role as Nurture continues to grow and evolve as a company and group. Being heavily involved in the key due diligence and integration processes, has allowed me to see how all the pieces of the puzzle slot together to form a successful acquisition and i am continuing to enjoy learning something new each and every day.Outside of work, i am a keen cyclist and huge Peloton fan. I love travel (The Galapagos Islands, Peru and New Zealand being personal favourites of mine from my 7 month gap year trip) and generally anything to do with animals or the great outdoors (consider myself a bit of a daredevil!).
