Communicate with customers to adjust accounts, go to merchants to recover funds on fraud losses. Worked with various agencies when needed for fraud claims. Assisted with creating new fraud system for fraud claims. While in this position I talked with customers about their fraud claims and requesting any additional information that would help with their claims. I performed 1st chargebacks to the merchant banks. I was sought out for writing test scripts and testing scripts for a paperless new fraud system that was implemented for our new fraud case system. I worked a non-receipt queue, then went to a Mass Compromise queue and then went to MasterCard Representment queue.

Distributed and settled work on daily basis. Processed credit card payments to stay within regulation guide lines on customers’ accounts. Supervised and trained within other area to prep payments to be processed. While in this position I worked processing payments to customer accounts while staying in regulation guidelines. I was then promoted to supervisor distributing and settling work. I ran daily reports from disk and created the mag tapes to do our daily settlement. I trained and supervised temporary employees in another area that preped payments to be processed to our cusotmer accounts.
