I earned my Associate's Degree in General Education, a Programming Certificate, and a Networking and Cybersecurity Certificate from Caldwell Community College & Technical Institute while in high school.During the 2021 summer, I held an Internship position with the Community Solutions department of the Asheville Humane Society, where I worked to ensure the Buncombe County community has the resources needed to keep pets in their homes. I was able to work within the Outreach and Helpline sides of the department by referring and participating in-home visits. I participated in events such as our weekly Supply Drive-Thru and semi-weekly ASPCA spay/neuter COVID-19 events. I currently volunteer with this department in their monthly drive-thru low-cost vaccine clinic.I am active on the UNC Asheville campus within Fraternity and Sorority Life. I was the Membership Vice President and Panhellenic Affairs Vice President of Gamma Phi Beta, the Panhellenic Council President, and I am currently the Co-President of the Inter-Greek Council. I work to ensure Fraternity and Sorority Life respects and celebrates diversity within areas such as race, gender identity, and sexuality. I also work to ensure Fraternity and Sorority Life is a positive experience for collegians on campus and continue to allow positive experiences in years to come.
