During my short time in this role, I ran a project for our biggest client where we had a team goal to reach. I managed a team of 8 who were all tasked to reach the goal. To ensure we met this goal, I created training material and help sheets, gave regular updates on progress through weekly team meetings and emails. I provided feedback where necessary and reported figures as well as running incentives to ensure the team were continually motivated to reach the goal. The project was successful with positive feedback from our client.
